I try to grab a different shot of espresso somewhere in Portland every day, good shops (Heart, Push x Pull) usually have good espresso, sure, but more often than not it really comes down to who’s behind the bar that day.

So I’m curious to get a little more dialed in on this. Not just which shops are serving the best shots right now, but who’s actually pulling them. If there’s someone who consistently nails it, I want to know.

Bonus points if you’ve had a standout shot in the last few weeks, definitely drop it in here.
