I’m seriously considering a b/l with auto-augmentation. I’m 46F, although I breast fed two kid I still have volume but gravity is taking a toll. I plan to lose 20-25lbs and once I reach my ideal weight I’m sure I’ll need it even more so I’m researching and looking for the right surgeon. I’m in the Bay Area/East Bay California if you have any recommendations. Here’s my question: are you required to do a mammogram by the surgeon prior to doing a breast surgery? Where you asked to do it, can you opt out?
