I have a 2560x1440p monitor however my pc is not made to handle this resolution, however when i put it to 1080p its almost like its just 480p, is yhere any way to fix this?

So im about to build my first pc (with some help) but im struggling to choose wheter i should get the corsair vengeance (32 GB ddr5 6400mhz) or thr g.skill trident z5neo (also 33gb ddr5 6400mhz)

The corsair is nearly 100 euro's cheaper but im not sure if there are more diffrences i should know about, can anyone help?
