Repairing LED light circuit board

Repairing LED light circuit board

I am attempting to fix this circuit board as it's part of a ceiling light that i can't find again so hoping to fix it in order to keep using it.

I have a rudimentary understanding of electronics and will appreciate some support in terms of replacement, alternatives or any other way I can approach this.

Location uk

Using a multimeter I noticed that maybe something that looks like a capacitor might be damaged.

Upon further research it looks like it might be a choke conductor coil

However, this component doesn't have any writing so how do I establish a replacement?

I might have to change the capacitors too and here's what I have

2x 400v 6.8uf capacitors

1x 200v 10uf capacitor

How can I establish the type of choke conductor coil needed as this one doesn't have any specs on it and I can only go by size.

I'm confused about the 200v capacitor, if uk applies 230v 240v, is this component correct, not sure I understand it?

What's the best place to buy this kind of stuff, I am looking at ebay and amazon which is expensive considering this small components.

Had wall lights wiring done and the electrician left it open as we couldn't decide on the wall lights

I have the wall lights and trying to install it but isn't wiring

Current setup is

Double gang switch, one controlling the ceiling rose light the other should be controlling the wall lights together

The wall light nunber 1 (closer to the switch) had 4 lights (2 blue and 2 brown)

The number two only has two wires (1 blue and 1 brown)

I wanted to test it and installed the number 1 wall light by merging two brown lights in the wall lights black input (live)

And two blue lights into the white input (neutral)

When I do this and turn the power on, it switches off right away

What am I doing wrong here ?

Can someone kindly provide a piece of advice. I have lost a considerable amount in commodities trading. I am now looking at building some capital and thinking about option trading. I don't think it a wise approach but I am hoping to be able to build some profit by getting lucky.

Two issues:

  1. I have a very amount of capital I can play with at the moment (1k gbp), are the stocks that I could invest in that are cheap and volatile,?

  2. UK based so I know I can use Robinhood for option trading but if you believe there's a better option please let me know. Thanks
