
Help with KYC/Redemption Issue
I'm having a hard time redeeming, they took over 2 weeks to respond to my KYC and finally did after I kept messaging support but I got this email and I don't know what they want.
They're saying I need to provide a statement or certificate with my full account number and routing number but I don't know of any banks that put that info on the statement. All of my banks just show the last 4 digits.
They go on to tell me what a routing number is and that I can find it on my online banking, yes I know that lol. If they just need me to provide them with my account number and routing number I can do that but that's not a document I can upload. I've never had this happen before, has anyone else?
Any help greatly appreciated as it will probably take another 2 weeks to get a response so I want to try to give them what they need.
eta I did provide a bank statement initially, it just doesn't have the full account number or routing number on it
