Had a $5 promo credit from amazon so I decided to buy Devil Wears Prada on prime video. Problem was when I bought it apparently my amazon account wasnt linked to MA. Afterwards I linked my account and it has not showed up on my MA library. Movie is MA eligible. I’ve waited 24 hours and nothing. Question is that normal it not showing up in my library since my account wasn’t connected at the time? Or should I send an email to customer service?

I have a question about the merger between Paramount and Warner Brothers because of the libraries merging into each other what do you think will happen do you think they will continue with movies anywhere in the future or do you think they may put Paramount films finally on the platform

I purchased Safe Haven a few weeks ago, but it’s not being ported over to Movies Anywhere. I purchased a different movie a few months ago and the ported over fine. Anybody have any ideas why this is happening?

Redeemed Vampire Academy via MA on saturday (my account is connected to Fandango so it’s still technically in my library but Fandango doesn’t work on my phone which is why I chose MA) and I went to go watch it today and it wasn’t in my library anymore nor did it come up when I searched it. If you have Vampire Academy is it still there for you and I’m just experiencing a glitch or is it gone from the platform?

I purchased the movie bundle of Star Wars episodes 4-6 on Amazon prime but only Return of the Jedi transferred over. Any ideas on how to get the other 2 movies on MA?
