Looking at setting up a new NVR for our cameras. Server will be a Windows 22 or 25 edition running on a physical box with 2x10gb and 2x1gb. On our hypervisors I usually bond the 2x1gb for the management of the hypervisor. I was wondering if there is any benefits to doing something similar on a Windows server?
Essentially, the 2x1gbs would be used to access the server for management purposes only, while the 2x10gbs would be to ingest camera traffic and egress for viewing camera traffic. I do have a management network controlled by a Palo. The cameras are on multiple subnets. I've done some reading and it looks like setting the management interface on the 2x1gb is possible (nic teaming and switch port lacp) and then no default gateway on the camera interfaces but manually set routes for the multiple camera subnets (10-12).
