What would you do in my position? I need advice

I'm a very calm person who used to be very disciplined about everything, but for the last year I've started training less. I started going to parties I never used to go to because I didn't think I belonged there, and I started drinking a lot. From there, my life spiraled downward, and my body fat percentage went from around 10% to 23%. My parents were the ones who noticed the change the most when they saw me, and my friends don't seem to care and keep asking me to go out. When I say I want to train, they say things like, "Party pooper," or "We only live once," and stuff like that. But mentally, it's destroying me because I work a lot, and when I get off a 14-hour shift, drinking myself silly doesn't feel very good, to say the least. I'm very tired and my mood is getting worse. Any advice?
