this past rsd, my copy of the ahmad jamal - live at the jazz showcase didn’t include the booklet. i was mildly distraught because while i don’t always read the booklet/insert/lyric sleeve , it’s nice to have for completeness & i do read them every now and then. it took about a week or so to get a response after reaching out to resonance records & the rsd help center. i honestly just thought a booklet would be delivered today & was confused when i saw my name on the record mailer. once i got up to my apartment i was pleasantly surprised . i discovered resonance last year when i decided to explore jazz more & picked up the mingus album. they definitely have a life long customer now . i’m looking forward to playing this later
