Bad periods
Hi guys. I got my first period in December 2021 and it was very normal no pain just bleeding, but in December 2022 it got really bad. I went on holiday back home so I think maybe that’s what’s caused it, but I got my period and I was in so much pain. I couldn’t eat without vomiting I took so much paracetamol and pain killers I couldn’t sleep the pain was unbearable and then I fainted (maybe due to the heat). That’s the only time I fainted, but after that I still ended up with really bad and heavy periods to the point where I couldn’t go to school the first two days making my attendances rlly low. I went to the GP and they gave me I’m not even joking 12 boxes of this pill mefenamic acid 500g and another one which I can’t remember the name off, they didn’t work at all.i was told if they didn’t work to come back and get on birth control. Idk what to do anymore I’m honestly so tired I’m always so anxious before my next periods and my doctors quite shit. I tried an anti inflammatory diet and it helped only a bit I still felt sore all over my legs though and the cramps. What can I do? I can’t go to the doctors they won’t rlly do anything
Oh and also I went back to another country (my country of nationality) and they gave me these red pills (I can’t remember the name) but they were so efficient but had bad long term effects
