I want the shield on the back of my character to have more bouncy-ness and have that loose feeling when moving around, how can I do that? Please help

Where can I learn more about xedit and all the stuff I can do with it? I want to make a list with Requiem and add a lot of stuff, but I don't really know how to create patches or look for inconsistencies. I got inspired by Lorerim but I'm limited by knowledge.
