Can't decide which Oled to get

I'm in the process of upgrading to an oled from IPS and can't decide what to get. I'm new to this stuff and don't have much knowledge about the different things. I know that QD OLED is better for dark rooms and woled is better for brighter rooms. My room is relatively dark except for the tiny amounts of light coming from the curtains (behind the monitor). Right now I'm deciding between the Asus ROG XG27AQDMGR, LG 27GX704A-B, and Samsung G6. I would love some help deciding! Thanks for your time.

Buying a used pc - have some questions

Hi I’m thinking about getting this PC off marketplace but I’m not sure if it’s a good price. Here are the specs:

• GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB

• CPU: Intel Core i9-12900K

• Motherboard: Gigabyte Z790 AORUS Elite AX ICE (Wi-Fi)

• RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB DDR5

• Storage: Silicon Power 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD

• Cooler: ID-Cooling SL360 White (AIO 360mm)

• Case: Lian Li O11 Vision Compact White

We agreed on 1400 and the seller says they have the receipts for the parts when they built it a year ago. They said they bought everything new as well. I’m pretty new to pc stuff so I have a few question. Is the 4070 ti Super still good or should be getting a 50 series? Is there anything I should lookout for or test before buying It? And again is 1400 a good price for it? Thank you for your time!
