I got both my eyebrows pierced in December 2025. Instructions from my Piercer:
Clean them two times a day with Prontoderm and Q-Tips (I already noticed the first problem after reading the pinned post…). Later, after those bumps started to grow, I went back and asked for longer bars plus further instructions for getting rid of an infection. Prontoderm, zinc ointment (leave on over the night, clean it with water in the morning) and „it should be gone in a few days/weeks“.
Well, the bump/keloid/(maybe ingrown hairs)? is still here but it seems that the infection is gone at least…It doesn’t smell and has no pus, only blood/serum.
For now, I cleaned the jewelry and took the opportunity to take a picture of this mess. Noticed that the bars are still a little short… I‘m helpless, I don’t know what to do. Getting rid of the piercing isn’t something I‘d like to do…
