I know that Louis Rossman's video has been repeatedly shared, but this one is much more informative, from a legal and technical perspective.

The correspondence isn't being publicized because they've scared him into not sharing it, but, bottom line, he forked OrcaSlicer, which was a fork of Bambu Studio, which itself is a fork of PrusaSlicer, and therefore, must be open source under AGPL.

He's well within his rights to fork it and modify it however he please...
