i’ve been lying about things since i was really young, since about 7 years old. no idea why i do it but it’s gotten out of hand. i’ve lied about extremely serious and fucked up things that i should not lie about at all, but also really stupid shit like what i did over the weekend. i’ve lied about big aspects of my life to both friends AND family. i want to stop but i don’t know how to. any advice? also feel free to ask me anything
