Around 60% of SLC residents are in favor of building more housing through the city’s Expanding Housing Options plan. That means things like ADUs, smaller lots, and more duplexes, triplexes, and townhomes.

Not super shocking with how expensive things have gotten, but it does seem different from how loud the pushback can be. What are people seeing in their neighborhoods?
