My Instagram account (@1_itz_spidy_) was suddenly suspended due to a very serious allegation of inappropriate interaction with a minor, which I completely deny. I have never engaged in any such activity, and I strongly believe this action was triggered by false or mass reporting rather than any actual violation. From what I understand, if multiple people report an account repeatedly, the system may automatically take action without proper human verification, and this seems to be what happened in my case.

As soon as my account was suspended, I followed all the official steps and submitted a complaint (ID: S-979125994561801), expecting at least some clarification or response. However, it has now been more than 12 days, and I have received absolutely no reply, no update, and no transparency from Instagram/Meta regarding my case.

Because of the lack of response, I even tried creating another account just to understand what was happening, but that account was also suspended, likely being flagged as an attempt to bypass enforcement, even though my intention was only to get clarity, not to break any rules.

I also tried to raise this issue publicly on X (Twitter) by posting a detailed thread and tagging @instagram and @Meta, but even there I have received no response so far.

This situation has been extremely stressful, especially because such serious allegations can harm a person’s reputation, and I currently have no proper way to respond or defend myself. It also raises a bigger concern about how easily accounts can be taken down through false mass reporting without proper investigation.

I am not trying to violate any policies or bypass any system — I am simply asking for a fair manual review of my original account and a clear explanation. If no violation is found, I respectfully request that my account be restored.

As soon as it happened, I submitted an official complaint (ID: S-979125994561801) and followed all the proper steps. However, it has now been more than 12 days, and I have received absolutely no response, no update, and no explanation from Instagram/Meta.

What makes this worse is that when I tried to create a new account just to understand what was happening, it also got suspended, likely being flagged as a “bypass attempt,” even though I was just trying to figure out the issue due to lack of response.

This situation is really stressful because such serious allegations can affect a person’s reputation, and I currently have no proper way to respond or defend myself.

I’m not trying to break any rules. I just want a fair manual review and a clear explanation. If no violation is found, I request my account to be restored.

Has anyone faced something similar? Is there any way to actually get a response from Instagram?
