I have a tooth I’m trying to save, Medicaid won’t cover a root canal so I’m looking to find somewhere I can get it done out of pocket. The place I was referred to said they charge $200 just for a consultation. That seems crazy to me considering X-rays have already been done. Are there any dentists or endodontists around that are semi-affordable? I’m willing to travel a bit. I know it’s gonna be expensive but paying $200 just to find out if I can afford the procedure at all seems dumb.

My bestie, my boy, who survived a tree falling on the house damaging his crate and a literal biblical flood passed away last week.

He was almost 6, he lived a good long life and I knew it was coming. He was slowing down, not eating as much, not looking like himself. There wasn’t much to be done so here we are.

I’m gonna miss my Pluto so much. I just wanted to post here because most people don’t get it. But I’m glad I got as much time with him as I did.
