Hi guys

I have 2016 vauxhall vivaro and i have problem to reach temperature higher then 80 it stays constantly 76-79 on motorway after 30 min drive it goes to 81 that was highest and then it drop to 79 because of that i cannot regenerate my car is this normal problem ? I had reach 120 000 miles on it so i get changed chain, oils filter glow plugs hosing for water because there was leak and thermostat because i thought it was it but even after change temperature stays at 79 ... when i put this shit to ai it says there are 2 different thermostat one for 79 and one for 85 is that true ? any tips or tricks what to do i wanna bring my car to mechanic in monday is just i paid already too much and no way to fix the issue
