Usually during every single period I get absolutely agonizing cramps that make me stay home for a day or two, an egregious amount of bleeding during the cramp phase and then I just have light bleeding for the rest of the week.
For some reason, this time I had absolutely ZERO pain. When I saw the first blood I genuinely thought I pooped myself because it was so dark brown and I had no cramps at all, it took me a second time seeing it to realize that was my blood.
The flow is also super duper slow, I usually wake up with half the pad dyed red and a bedsheet stain, but when I'm checking in the morning it's literally just skid-marks?
Is this something I should be worried about? is this something that can just happen sometimes? Sure it's a relief to have no pain for once but this is SUPER DUPER not normal for me.
Also just to clarify, I do not believe I've had a change in diet at all or any change in my lifestyle choices, maybe I did but they would've been very subtle changes then.
