How’s my first time attempt editing a plane image?

Shot on iPhone 16 Pro Max at YSSY. 1st image is edited using adobe Lightroom, 2nd image is original. Any tips for editing?

I went to a one off event day ago and used action mode for filming. It look so bad. Colours feel wrong and video quality bad. The video was shot in direct daylight so not sure why? Anyway to improve it now that it’s filmed?
