I am currently trying to get my first ever passport however its seeming pretty impossible due to the fact I cant get my mothers birth certificate.

Last year I tried applying for a passport however I was denied due to the fact I could NOT provide her certificate meaning my application got withdrawn.

I have tried everything, checked index's, freebmd, phoned up locally, asked people of people literally everything under the sun and cannot get her birth certificate at all. The problem is I have NO contact with her at all nor any of her family.

I have my dads birth certificate and my own however when i submitted this last year they still withdrawn my passport under my circumstances.

So now I am stuck and do NOT want to apply again without a clear way of knowing how to get a passport.

Any real proper advice would be helpful as I want to have a passport.

Hello I am a little unsure if i can use my provisional license to fly from heathrow to dublin.

I managed to use it back in early feb this year flying from southampton to dublin but apparently there is new rules in place.

I am unsure if my provisional will be valid as I dont have a passport right now

any help would be handy
