Has anyone noticed that the moment you level up, the people closest to you (unfortunately, parents are included) become the biggest obstacle?
Not talking about strangers, nor competitors. The people you grew up with, your family, your oldest friends.
I used to take it personally until I understood the psychology behind it. It's not about you. It's about the mirror you hold up to people who aren't moving.
Curious if others have experienced this and how you navigated it, especially with family.
