DO NOT BUY: Unusable Product & Scammy "Action-Based" Refund Policy
If you have ADHD and are looking for a planner to make your life easier, run far away from The Dopamine Planner (dopamineplanner.com). This entire experience was an executive dysfunction nightmare.
First, the digital planner isn't a standalone app—it forces you to use Notion, which is notoriously clunky and overwhelming if you don't already use it. I opted for the PDF version instead, but the file was completely broken and wouldn't even load past the title page.
To make matters worse, if you want to print and bind it yourself, you're looking at spending upwards of $250 at a print shop because of how massive and ink-heavy the file is.
But the absolute worst part is their customer service. When I reached out to explain that the file wouldn't open and asked for a refund, a rep named Alex flat-out refused. They hide behind a shady "action-based" refund policy, meaning they refuse to give you your money back even if their digital product is literally broken and un-openable.
Save your money, your time, and your sanity. I had to file a dispute with PayPal just to get my money back (which I won, by the way). Look into real apps like Numo or Structured instead!
