Hi, I am a software developer freelancer and I am heavily using DigitalOcean App Platform, including managed Databases (Postgres & Redis-alike), since I don't want to deal with this and rather focus on the software part.

Now, I am not asking for the cheapest option (since some might say just get a Hetzer Sever and install XYZ), I am looking for the option with the least amount of work in regards to deployment and I am willing to pay more for it.

I looked into Hetzer last year and while my heart was aching for it, they didnt have any managed solutions fitting my needs. Any other provider I look into?
