Wife left 10 days after marriage, caught cheating with proof — she is now demanding ₹25L for mutual divorce. What are my options?
- Background: My wife left our home just 10 days after our marriage without any valid reason.
- Evidence I have: • She met a boy at OYO Rooms and a hotel on 2–3 occasions. • I have the hotel register entry with her signature on it. • I have video footage of her entering and leaving the hotel room with him. • CDR (Call Detail Records) confirm the same cell tower location during all these occasions. • She has herself admitted that the boy told her he would marry her.
- Current situation: She is now demanding ₹25 lakhs for mutual divorce.
