I heard lots of negatives about nail hardener making nails brittle or causing splits so I stayed away, but I’m getting engaged soon and want pretty hands without press ons so I started using Nailtiques Formula 2 after reading about it on this sub. At first, I applied once a day, then went down to every few days, to (currently) once a week. That combined with occasional oiling, using a glass file, and not digging under my nails has resulted in this!! I think the hardener is the biggest help
I did have 1 break and filed them down to be the same length again, so not as much progress in 3 months as I could have
This will sound strange, but I’ve always wanted my nails long enough to see them from the other side of my hand (palm facing me) and they’re finally getting there!
