I created diction: a competitive word search game - what’s the best way to market it

I always ignore the advice that marketing is the most important bit and go straight into building, but I’ve really enjoyed this project and want to make it work.

I wanted to know if anyone has experience marketing mobile games and what the best strategies are.

Also if you enjoy word search try it out;

I created Diction: A competitive word search game

I created Diction- a competitive word search; game - I want to see how good I was compared to others so I created a mode where you can find out through word capture.

If you like word search, boggle, ruzzle, word hunt or games like that, diction is the environment to test your prowess.

It’s live on the ios app store: https://apps.apple.com/app/diction-word-champs/id6768181458

or if you’re only on desktop: dictiongame.com

I built Diction because I wanted to compete fairly with others at word searching

I built diction, a game like Boggle/Word Hunt where people can compete to get the highest score within a short space of time. There was another app where you shared a board but they had power ups which meant opponents could do better despite not having the same amount of words.

I wanted this to be centred more around competition. The best pay to preview and understand the game is in training mode and Im hoping it grows to a stage where we can have full online mode

If you like words searching games and are good at it, this is for you. Would love feedback on the idea for anyone who tries it. I’m going to have a proper web version up too soon.
