Hey guys, so I just got a budget of around 1.500 aud to build a pc. I already got passed down a Xiaomi 2k monitor from my relatives so now I could spend more on pc components.
Never would have thought one day Id get to build and own a pc making me so hyped right now but at the same time I'm terribly worried that I might mess it up since I'm pretty green when it comes to this.
So I have watched countless guides and tips from YT channel "PC Builder" and many other popular pc building channels on how to build in general.

And this is the components list that i came up with right now, I have already checked for compatibility on pcpartpicker but I still want your additional inputs on my build.

I'm planning to use this build to play splitscreen/ local multiplayer game with my nephews (I'm thinking of games alike to Lego Skywalker Saga or It takes two) and hopefully it is possible to run at least at 2k 100hz.
I intend to get a Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB Video Card because its so cheap comparing to other GPUs at the same Vram but it makes me wonder is there catch to this pricing? If so, can you recommend which budget GPU I should get instead?

Thanks for reading my post and hope you can drop me your insights. Have a good day to yall!

TL;DR:

  1. Your personal inputs on my build.
  2. Can my cpu gpu combo run at least at 2k 100hz on splitscreen/ local multiplayer titles?
  3. Is there any budget GPU I should get instead that will offer similar/ better performance?
