Hi guys,
3 days ago, on Thursday I had a knee surgery- tibial tuberosity medialisation+distalisation with MPFL reconstruction. I was under sedation with epidural anaesthesia during the procedure. After waking up I didn’t feel my legs for the rest of the day, Thursday night I felt a bit of pain 2-3/10. On Friday similarly, more discomfort caused by the sweeling than pain. Today I don’t feel any pain at all. I walk around using crutches to the toilet etc, and do the excercises I was suggested. I take paracetamol and ketoprofen as ordered.
I’m starting to worry if I shouldn’t be feeling more pain than I do? Does anyone has any experience in a similar case?
Many years ago I had just MPFL surgeries and it was hurting terribly for the few days afterwards.
