What could it be? Isn't the Coven their book club?

I have the book preordered, but since I'm from Europe and I have to pay the shipping, which costs me almost as much as the book, I'd like to avoid it if I can (as well as new EU custom duty if the book arrives after Jul 1).

I will be in London on June 23 when it's supposed to be released, so I'm wondering what are the chances of me finding a signed copy in store? There is one real close to my hotel and I could go there as soon as it opens.

Not sure if this is allowed, but I don't know where else to post.

I have tried to order B&N exclusive edition of The Knave and the Moon for a week now. Tried different cards, my bank one, revolut, paypal. Every time my order gets canceled because apparently it failed their verification process (?). I tried contacting B&N directly, but they just repeated the same reason and brushed me off.

For context, I'm from EU where B&N doesn't deliver. But, I have a friend from S. Korea who was willing to give me her address so the books arrive to her and I pick them up when I visit. But every time I try to order, it fails. I really want to avoid all the taxes and new custom duties that will apply for this order if I get my American friend to order and send it to me.

What could be the problem? Has anyone had this issue before? Please help me out 🙏🏻
