First time camping with family

I've camped in the past on my own and it should be no surprise that 1 person can make due with very little. However, that was years ago and no I have a family with 2 young kids aged 6 and 3.

Considering that all I have is a large tent and some left over camping supplies for 1 person, what are some 'must-haves' and 'this, not thats' I should definitely consider.

Equipment I already have: Tent, blankets and bedding (indoor), various coolers/ice chests and water containers. 1 sleeping bag.

I may be gravely underestimating what we still need, but I think its just food, camping stove, and bedding for the rest of the family. Please help.

We plan to do a 1 or 2 day trip at first, and a lot of our camping is in upstate NY.

Woodpecker nesting on chimney

Yeah so I'm pretty sure I got a woodpecker trying to nest on one of my chimney's. My son noticed a humming noise from the fireplace and I went outside to saw Woody up there doing his thing.

Any thoughts? I know I need to add flashing. This house has a load of problems, now to include this new problem

Is what I'm finding to clean and lubricate basic remedy or what should else be accomplished?

I want to add a paver path from this path to the driveway. In the future I want to fix the posts for the patio. Will the path affect fixing/replacing the patio posts?
