How do I go about performing a background check on an applicant? I have a photo of her drivers license. I’ve never done one before and apparently there are many different companies for this? Is one the best? I’d like to run a national search in the US. But is a state criminal record not included unless you also do a separate state check? Thanks in advance for info!
