My baby was born at 40 weeks 3 days
I was induced on a Thursday night
My water didnt break till Friday 12:00 pm
Gave birth Saturday @5:00 pm
I feel like this probably has something to do with my baby aspirating ??? I was in labor 3 days please correct me if im wrong. Every time i bring it up they’re not concerned about it.
he had a rough start his oxygen levels would drop as a newborn . He was in the nicu for a month he also had trouble bottle feeding . We left the nicu then went back for a respiratory infection and were in the hospital for a month . We were then told he was silently aspirating so he had to get a ng tube.
He just had a swallow study he is 6 months now which he didn’t pass . Is there any reason for him aspirating ? I ask all the time and theres never a answer they only tell me this is something he would grow out of . Im just scared theres a deeper problem then just aspirating and itll affect him once hes older. But i find it so weird since he wasn’t a premature baby and besides the aspirating hes a very healthy baby.
