HI, so I've always wanted to make a non voltron equipment base deck. i already have some good/decent expense cards.
my group does tabletop, which is perfect for testing before buying.

i want to improve it without spending alot. The budget is under $300 total.
i am very new when it comes to building decks and optimizing. would take any advice
