I threw a bowl into this adorable poppy flower and added holes in the back to run wire through to hang it on the wall.
I suffered a miscarriage last summer and we’d named the baby Poppy. I didn’t intent to make this into a poppy, but it all sort of came together and it feels so special now. Especially right before Mother’s Day 💕
I’m currently in my first IVF cycle and was put on birth control for 6 agonizing weeks to quiet my ovaries before we start our FET cycle. I was only supposed to be on it for about two weeks but with crazy clinic schedules, my doctor having family stuff come up and insurance issues I was on it for 6 weeks. Now I’m 7 days off it and haven’t had any withdrawal bleeding. I had about a week of spotting in the middle of my birth control use so I’m worried there’s nothing to shed and that’s why I’m not bleeding. I’m so ready to start my bleeding so we can start with FET cycle and I’m tired of all this waiting that is IVF 😪
Anyone go through anything similar?
Don’t we just love all the waiting? Jokes. I had my ER the first week in March and because of crazy clinic schedules and my doctor being out of town didn’t have our follow up until April 21st. I was put on progesterone only birth control (I have factor five and can’t do the hormonal one) during that waiting period since I have PCOS and my period is super random. I was going insane on the pill. I was ready to stop it on the 21st when we had our follow up, but was told I needed to stay on it another possibly 10 days until we got the prior authorization from insurance to start my FET cycle. I was livid since no one told me we could have had this sorted during the 5 almost 6 weeks I was on birth control and going insane. I finally got the okay from my insurance last week to start out FET cycle and now 6 days after stopping the pill still no withdrawal bleed in sight… just needed to get that off my chest and tell someone who understands
