arrested for Felony Stalking Domestic Violence.

less then two months latter...

(legal definition (for leah):  "To lift, remove the stain of being called out for blame, liability, or punishment. It is more that just freeing an accused person of the responsibility for a criminal or otherwise illegal or wrongful act. It is publicly stating that this accused should never have been accused in the first place. Refer to acquit and exculpate."

so how does one get ones life back?
accrued two misdemeanor charges during the whole unfortunate malicious attack, leaving the RO in place until they are resolved, and my ex delights in continuing to beat me over the head with it. Sour grapes for her whole lotta noise being a self-induced panic attack, district attorney thought so as well, AND NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO FILE CHARGES. We live in the same apartment complex. She chases me around and cruses slowly by my home in her car, looking for chances to have me arrested again and again, while she still can. all i do is run away.

Unfortunately, my malice-inspired ex girl continues to beat me over the head with her restraining order. We share the same apartment complex. she's lied to law enforcement on multiple occasions with the express intent to have me arrested. 

it's degrading for her actually. she continues to be sideways that i've been exonerated of the charge she tried for: Felony stalking domestic violence. 

12 HOURS BEFORE SHE HAD ME ARRESTED THE 1ST TIME SHE LEFT THIS VOICEMAIL MESSAGE:  “Hey, you didn't return all the uh, parts of my uh, fire stick, so I don't have the power.  There's a little plug and little power cord.  Um, that attaches into it.  If you could leave that for me, that would be very nice.  Otherwise, it's completely useless.  Thank you.  Bye.“

A friendly tone, just like it reads. And 12hrs latter i was being dragged out of my work van and arrested like i'm an abuser. 

Felony stalking domestic violence? 
you know, officer, we where together, making out on NYE, 48hrs ago?!
oh... she forgot to mention that? 
hmmmm... 

tuesday night 28APR26 9:30pm my apartment building, Petaluma, right out front:
i'm outside by my truck talking with my current girlfriend and my crazy malicious ex goes slowly driving by, leering out the window all the while. for someone who claims to be so scared of me, she sure does do that a lot. 

too bad she couldn't bring the zest of energy in love to our relationship, but she sure seems to self-renew her energy to continue to destroy my life. she's done so much more damage then she even knows. 

evil is just the correct word. 
she just won't let up. 
sour grapes for my exoneration. 
she was made the fool. 
revenge. 
scary horse trainer up here in sonoma county.
I remember loving her. 
she wants my blood. 

she has so many guns in her home. 
if i were to ring the wrong doorbell, she'd blow my head off. 
and during the 5 years together, only one that got beaten, 
was me :-(
