I am on Day 18 of 1.5. First few days were rough with nausea but that has subsided. I weighed myself on Day 12 and was down 13 pounds! I told myself to not get too excited because it was probably a lot of water weight. Well of course I weigh myself today and I'm back up. I'm still down 7 pounds total but I have a history of disordered eating and seeing the scale go up really got to me. Now I'm noticing more food noise today and I don't know if it's just my frustration or what. I know that logically, 7 pounds down in less than 3 weeks is amazing. But the other side of my brain is telling me I'm doing this wrong and I'm going to waste money and still be fat. Idk I just kind of needed to get it off my chest.
