Looking for feedback on a homebrewed item (bass flute/warhorn)

First of let me preface the text by stating that I know that my wording does not adhere to the daggerheart standard. I am currently translating this from my native language (German) to English as I write this text and therefore some wordings might not be correct but I hope the gist of this is correct.

A PC of mine found a bass-flute in the last session and I wanted to homebrew something fun that reminds me of battlehorns.

Bass Flute
At the start of battle you might choose to play the flute. The sound fills the heart of the enemies with terror such that on a unsecessful instinct-reaction roll(15) every adversary in very far range must mark a stress.
This item may only be used once at the start of an upcoming battle.

Good day dear community,

I am currently starting to get into painting and I mostly draw without prior thinking about the composition. Mostly I just start some music and draw where the music takes me.
I really like this work and it is one of the first ones I am happy with but it is mostly abstract and I don’t have any theoretical knowledge. What are points I can improve especially when it comes to abstract or action art as I see myself mostly enjoing those types.
