Will the chances of other prizes increase? Or i still can get the background but it will be converted into some type of currency?

And do they update the prize pool or it always has been the same?

I thought it was impossible to get the background as you only get 1 guaranteed shiny every day and it only has 1% chance, so now after i got it what will replace it? Other backgrounds? Or the chances of the other prizes will change?
