Hello fellow Redditors! As the title indicates, I'm hoping some of you may be able to offer styling tips and/or recommend hair products that are safe/effective for styling my toddlers hair. She is turning 2 in a few months.
Her growing hair seems to be medium/fine and curly, looking at a hair type chart it appears to be 2C/3A?. I'm not sure if the ringlets will loosen as it gets longer, but so far they seem to stay.
I have been using a little bit of Earth Mama baby oil after washing on the lengths/sides. When she sleeps, it gets quite frizzy and tangled - I don't brush it dry, wetting it first with a spritzer and sometimes adding Honest detangling spray to the ends if needed.
I have medium/fine hair myself, but it is straight and I have a very basic care/product routine. I want to take the best care of her curls as they continue to grow!
All advice/tips/recommendations are appreciated!
