Watch is beautiful and perfect but running too fast (+18s/d), what can I do with basic tools? What side do I have to move the bridge’s component? Is there any video or anything at all?

Index Alignment: Not perfect but not horrendous.
Dial Printing: Seems to be good quality, could not find any misprints or bleeding. Thoughts?
Date Wheel alignment/printing: N/A
Hand Alignment: maybe chrono hand is a bit off but nothing crazy I could stop it centered and leave it.
bezel: Seems to be good quality, no pip, no quality issues immediately obvious
Solid End Links (SELs): No obvious gaps, seems good to me.
Timegrapher numbers: +19s/d, bad imo so I asked to fix
Anything else you notice: N/A
Ordered plenty from my guy now, just needed to know if I should GL or RL it, there are flaws but nothing I’d be going crazy over😮💨
