Okay so I found an apartment building that I would be interested in renting for the upcoming year super last minute, but the issue is that it needs to be a group of three. It’s on Murray street and they have a deal going on where it’s $700 a month with utilities and parking. I honestly wasn’t even looking for it, but it’s $100 cheaper than if I renew with my current place so it’s worth trying to put together a group even if everyone else has their housing already figured out.
I am a rising sophomore girl btw but your year really doesn’t matter to me, I literally roomed with grad students this year and I promise i’m super chill as a roommate. I can be your bsf if you want or silently slink around the apt like i’m genuinely just a girl trying to catch a deal on housing 😭😭🙏
