I booked a FHR stay in March for a May visit, and I already received the $300 statement credit.

I’m now looking to book another FHR stay for a trip in July. Since that would fall into the next eligibility period for the $300 credit, I’m trying to figure out whether the credit is based on the booking date or the stay/check-out date.

If I book the July hotel now, would it trigger the new $300 credit automatically, or do I need to wait until July 1 to make the booking in order to qualify?
