This happens when I try to update the system. It’s connected to my WiFi. I haven’t had any luck with sending files from the official app either, so there’s some sort of connection issue. Has anyone encountered this and is there a fix?

Is this normal for the stock firmware? It happens with the page turn gyro and buttons on my X3. It’s an xtch file. I am having trouble flashing crosspoint (device not recognized) so I’m on stock for now and wondering if this is a thing! EPUBs don’t do this.

I have an overseas X3 from the official store so it should be able to flash. I’m using a MacBook and Chrome with the pogo pin cable it came with. I have to use a usb to usb-c adapter as well. The browser won’t recognize the device. I’ve tried different adapters and different usb-c ports and I tried flashing from two different sites. Any ideas would be appreciated!
