4A Powerpack VS 9A Flexvolt Bundle for Jigsaw
Looking at picking up a jigsaw and found 2 different deals. Either the jigsaw with a 4A powerpack/charger for $199, OR the jigsaw with a 9A flexvolt and 8A charger for $229.
Not up to speed on the new powerpack tech. Also wondering about compatibility, I could be wrong, but thought I saw something where flexvolt batteries might not fit in non-flexvolt tools? I could be hallucinating in that.
FWIW the only other tool I have that I’d even use the flexvolt in right now is one of the circular saws I picked up a couple of weeks ago.
What’s a better buy battery and compatibility wise?
