My orchi is in two months. Just wanted to get a sense from some trans women of what to expect. For context im 40. I started e and spiro 9 months ago. My t is currently at 15 ng/dL on last check. Thinking mostly about recovery time, libido, etc. I wasnt worried before because I assumed I was done with sex.

But I have started dating unexpectedly an amazing trans man who I am over the moon for. Im a little worried how this will affect our sex life. Will I still feel as aroused around him? Will I be able to orgasm?

Im not concerned with erections specifically

Im kind of scared this will mess up a great new relationship
