I submitted a request to increase my Strava API athlete limit from 1 to 50 about 7 days ago and haven't heard anything back yet.

A few questions for anyone who's been through this:

1. How long did it actually take for your request to get approved?
2. Did you have to follow up, and if so, how?
3. Has anyone had success emailing developers@strava.com directly to speed things up?
