Moving out there early next year from Hawaii (originally from Southern California), lookin for recommendations of neighborhoods to live in.

Wife, No kids, couple small dogs.

Debating if I want to buy (since it’s much more affordable than HI) or rent, but more-so looking for neighborhoods to start lookin at.
