I was hoping the issue was just a capacitor problem but the capacitor visually looks ok, any insight into what might be causing the outside unit not to run at all? I assume it’s related to there blinking lights. I have powered off the unit for about 15 minutes at the breaker and then restarting it, same issue…thanks in advance!
